Lakeview Estate hosts a single celebration at a time, with exclusive use of the property for the length of your stay. Wedding packages include a 2- or 3-night stay, so your closest people can be on site from the welcome dinner to the morning-after coffee.

Day-of support
Day-of Event Staff — included in every package. Our staff assists with your basic needs on the day — such as table and chair set up and teardown, and assistance with coordination related to the property.

The first $400 of every package is already included in your venue rental rate, so the prices shown below are the balance you pay when you book through Lakeview Estate. Rentals & valet
Included with every package: 2 farmhouse wooden tables and 20 crossback wooden chairs. Additional rentals:

Valet parking is required for events with more than 50 guests and starts at $550, with final pricing as a custom quote. For events of 50 guests or fewer, valet is available to add.

Essential Coordination

Perfect for couples who have handled most of the planning but want a professional coordinator to take over on the day of the event.

Music & Entertainment
DJs and live musicians for the ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception under the lights — we’ll share our current recommendations and coordinate arrival and setup times with your timeline.
Bringing your own vendor? That’s welcome too — our coordinator will collect their contact details and confirm with them 7 days before your event as part of the coordination package.

Property policies & guidelines
The essentials, in plain language. Your signed rental agreement includes the complete guidelines and is the document that governs your booking.
Booking & securing your dates
- A signed agreement and deposit are required to secure your dates — dates are not held by an estimate alone.
- Prices are subject to change until your agreement is signed.
- Your package rate is a flat package price for the included stay (2 nights weeknight, 3 nights weekend); extra nights beyond the included stay are $550 per night.
Fees & taxes
- Cleaning fee: $550 on every package.
- Florida travel rental tax of 13.5% applies to the stay plus cleaning fee.
- Staffing, coordination, valet, and rental add-ons are priced as listed on the Rates page.
Event staffing requirements
- Day-of Event Staff is included in every package for the day of the event.
- Day-of Event Staff assists with basic needs such as table and chair set up and teardown, and assistance with coordination related to the property.
- Southern Soul Events coordination is available as an upgrade at Lakeview booking prices — Essential $550 (up to 6 hrs), Signature $1,050 (up to 8 hrs), Signature Experience $1,850 (up to 10 hrs) — with the first $400 already included in your rental rate.
- Coordination includes vendor confirmation 7 days before your event, with hours and scope by the package you choose.
Parking & valet
- Valet service is required for events with more than 50 guests — it is not optional for larger celebrations. Valet starts at $550 (custom quote).
- For events of 50 guests or fewer, valet parking is available to add, starting at $550.
- Several yard areas of the property are not drivable (septic and plumbing), so guests must park only in designated areas or with the valet team.
- Our valet partner is Knights Valet of Tampa.
Tables, chairs & rentals
- 2 farmhouse wooden tables and 20 crossback wooden chairs are included in every package.
- Additional rentals: farmhouse wooden table $100, crossback wooden chair $6, white ceremony chair $2.
